1. International Fulfillment & Hub Network
Asian 3S products originate directly from our certified microbiology formulation laboratories and regional agricultural depots. We serve individual growers, regional cooperative clusters, and commercial plantations globally utilizing specialized freight carriers including DHL Express Worldwide, FedEx Priority, and authorized agricultural ocean cargo lines.

3. Phytosanitary & Export Documentation
International agricultural trade requires strict biological border controls. To ensure seamless customs clearance in compliance with the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC):
- Harmonized Tariff Classification: Formulations are classified under official international HS Codes (HS 3101.00 for Animal/Vegetable Fertilizers; HS 3105.10 for packaged bio-fertilizers).
- Certificate of Analysis (CoA): Every export batch is accompanied by an authenticated Certificate of Analysis confirming CFU/g viability and 100% absence of pathogenic Salmonella, E. coli, and heavy metal contaminants (Lead, Cadmium, Arsenic).
- Phytosanitary Certificates: Export documentation issued by the Ministry of Agriculture Quarantine Authority is provided for commercial orders upon request or where mandated by the destination country (e.g. USDA-APHIS or EU Regulation 2016/2031).
4. Customs, Duties & Import Tariffs
Except where orders are specifically billed under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) commercial invoices, international retail orders are dispatched DAP / DDU (Delivered at Place). The recipient is responsible for all applicable import tariffs, value-added taxes (VAT/GST), or clearance charges assessed by the destination customs authority.
In most agricultural jurisdictions (such as the US, Canada, Australia, and ASEAN), non-toxic organic microbial fertilizers benefit from low or zero tariff classifications to support sustainable farming transitions.
5. Tracking, Insurance & Damaged Shipments
Real-Time Tracking: A live carrier tracking number is automatically generated and emailed/SMS-messaged to you once your parcel is scanned into the courier logistics hub.
Transit Insurance: All commercial orders include full comprehensive transit insurance against total loss or theft.
Damaged Package Protocol: In the rare event that a package arrives punctured or damaged in transit, photograph the damaged outer carton and inner sealed bottles within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and contact support@asian3s.com. We will dispatch an immediate free replacement parcel.
